Not just for that next carnival costume but for life! I personally don't care for a six-pack on my own body, because I think it looks too mannish on a female, but a strong core is definitely the way to avoid a host of other problems in the future.
Hope everyone is building up their strength and stamina for the road! TNT 2012 is around the corner!
