Atlanta Carnival 2011: Prizm International Band Launch, Theme "Elemental Forces"

We on a roll this year with carnival season...Trinidad about to MAKE IT HAPPEN, Jamaica next in line, and then less than a month after that it will be Atlanta Carnival, Memorial Weekend every year in downtown Atlanta, Georgia! (Memorial Day holiday is always the last Monday in May, so the weekend right before that Monday is Memorial Weekend).
