Trinidad Carnival Housing: Samise Villas sends me a follow-up, who needs a spot?

From Denise Aleong of Samise Villas, regarding accomodations for 6 persons, March 2 to March 11 2011:

Thank you for considering Samise Villa for your accommodation needs during Carnival 2011.

Our rooms are fully equipped with air-condition, WiFi Internet access and cable television.  We offer complimentary breakfast during the period of your stay.  Public transportation is available immediately in front of the Guest House and we are about ten (10) minutes from the Central Business District of the City of Port of Spain.

                         

As discussed by telephone earlier, we will have two (2) rooms available for the dates requested atUS$70.00 per person per night during the Carnival week and US$40.00 per person per night on the other 2 nights. The total cost for your group's stay will be:-

US$70.00 x 6 persons x 7 nights plus US$40.00 x 6 persons x 2 nights = US$2,940.00 + US$480.00 =US$3,420.00

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a booking Deposit of 50% of the total cost within one (1) week of this email by one of the following methods:-
